Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use note logger only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or school.

You're responsible for your account, your login, and the activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person per account.

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to bypass the limits or security of the service (including the AI features);
• upload content you don't have the right to upload;
• use note logger to break your school's academic-integrity rules — you are responsible for how you use AI-generated material;
• resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Bella and the other AI features generate study material from your content using third-party models. Output can be inaccurate or incompleteand is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify against your own sources, and use AI in line with your course's policies. You are responsible for the work you submit.

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it — including to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the service to you. You can delete your content and account at any time.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can change or cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

We're actively building note logger and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using note logger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
